Indoor And Outdoor Activities
All human beings need a change from their regular day to day hectic life. This is to keep us motivated and refreshed. This can be done through indoor or outdoor activities.
Indoor activities are activities that are done inside our homes. Indoor activities can be done throughout the day and during all seasons like rain, snow, hot summers etc. Examples of indoor activities are playing board games like chess, business, carom, snake and ladder etc. Watching television, playing games on the phone or computer, reading books and newspaper are other indoor activities which we can do while we are feeling bored. Watching television helps us gain knowledge of what is happening around the world and it’s also a good pass time. My favourite indoor activities are playing chess because it is a brain game, I also like to watch cartoons on television.
Outdoor activities are activities that we do outside. Examples of outdoor activities are going on picnics, playing outdoor games like cricket, basketball, badminton, cycling, walking etc. Outdoor activities are a good exercise and keeps us fit and healthy. My favourite outdoor activity is cycling and taking a walk in the park. In the mornings, I ride my bicycle. I even go for a long distance walk with my parents. I like to play badminton in pleasant weather. I have a good friend circle in my neighborhood with whom I play outdoor games.
Indoor and outdoor activities are fun to do and keep us occupied and refreshed . Due to COVID 19 indoor activities are more helpful than outdoor activities as there is a risk of infection outdoors.
