Winter seasons are pleasant and cold. But during night the temperature drops it get colder and colder. During this seasons we are prone to get cold ,flu and infections. We have to build our immunity to be strong during this seasons.

Healthy Diet or Food: Warm food, soups and dry fruits and healthy fats.
Exercise: physically active and shift to indoor activities.
Clothing: Wear woolen clothes to keep you warm.
Hygiene: Maintain good hygiene, wash hands to keep the bacteria away.
Sleep: A good amount of sleep helps to keep the body's immune system healthy.
Drink lot of water and fluids to keep your body hydrated.
