LyreBirds

Hello Viewers!!!! Have you all ever heard of birds that copy sounds and try to talk like humans? Yes, I know you must all be wondering of the parrot but, today I'm going to tell you all about an epic specie which is endangered. They are called the LyreBirds. So, let's begin.
LyerBird is either of two species of ground-dwelling Australia birds. They all belong to Menuridae bird family the word Menuridae means that the birds which copy others sound and try to talk like humans. They are famous for their mimic natural and artificial sounds from the environment. They are majestic having male bird's huge tails and neutral-coloured tailfeathers and they are among Australia's well-known native birds. The LyreBirds were first found in Tasmania in the 19th century. Then they were found in Queensland and Sydney in Australia.
They are passerine birds, among the largest in order. They are ground-living birds with short rounded wings and tiny feet. They make different types of sounds like a baby crying, a man speaking, the sound of a drilling machine, the sound of typing on a keypad and many other sounds like that. The LyreBirds are long-living birds. The breeding cycle of the LyreBirds is really long. They are capable of living up to thirty years of age. They also start breeding later in life rather than the normal passerine birds. Female superb Lyrebirds start breeding at the age of five to six years and Male superb LyreBirds start breeding at the age of six to eight years. The males defend the territories so that the other males can't enter the territory and harm their child. A breeding territory can contain up to eight females. LyreBirds always lay an egg at once. They call out their female during winter and form a bushy territory where they sing and dance to entertain the bird in the egg. I love LyreBirds and their unique style of living.
