 Hello everyone! How are you all doing today! I hope your all doing Fine! So today I will be talking about the wonderful mediums in art(A medium is a type of art like watercolors is a medium, acrylics are a medium, so on) Water color sit are a transparent medium which means you cannot put a dark color on top of A light color, so we go from light to dark in watercolors. In the word itself you can See water so it’s very obvious that we will be working with water. Next are Oil paints! Oil paints are thicker than watercolors, they dry the slowest amongst all the mediums hence you have more time to paint, and it blends better! U personally really like the look of Oil paints! And as suggested in the name you have to use Oil and oil paint to paint with them. Next medium is acrylic! Acrylic is a mix between both I would say! Acrylic has the texture of Oil paint but it is water based which means you can thin it out with water to create a watercolor effect. You can go paint a light color on top of A dark color in acrylics like oil! It is also used for painting or customizing things rather than just painting on paper. Next is gouache!! Gouache is a jelly like paint, I would say they are opaque watercolors, you can put light colors on top of dark colors but not completely , it’s a great medium for people who want to transition from watercolors to acrylic . It is a mix of both acrylic and watercolors. Like watercolors it has a property to thin out and use it transparently, and you can use it without diluting with water like acrylics! But out of watercolor and acrylic,  gouache costs very much hence its better to use acrylic and watercolor, but If your professional artist, or trying to do art full time by doing commissions(selling artwork) and planning to use gouache you can save up and use them because they seem really good! If you’re an artist who wants to transition from watercolors to oil it’s best to use acrylic, or if you want to just experiment with different mediums, that’s great too.

  My passion Everyone has their own passion. My passions are art and cooking. Since childhood, I have learnt drawing and painting which had both modern and traditional arts. Grade 5 - What If I Discovered A New Planet??

But...how does it look?...what are the specialties of it?...let us find out!.... If I would have a planet of my own...I would name it 'drobow'...and I want the outer covering of the planet to be rainbow in colour!... I do not want any pollution...but, I want more plants to be grown....hmmm...what next?...oh yes!...
