 Even though hockey is the national sport , cricket is loved by 3/4th of the world .As we all know now the 2020 IPL is going on in Dubai ,Sharjah stadium . According to the points table RCB (Royal challengers Bengaluru)is in the second place and MI (Mumbai Indians )is in the first place .The day when the Indian team wins the match/World Cup the whole country of India is filled with the joy of fireworks 🧨.

In the IPL (Indian Premier League) when the particular team wins ,at that time fireworks 💥 are burnt in that particular place. Cricket is a sport which everyone can play ,it’s not that only boys/men can play because cricket was invented/made by Women .

Here is how it is played , it is played with a bat and ball between two teams .Who wins the toss first they get to choose whether they want to bat or bowl. In the IPL each team gets to play 20 overs ( Each over = 6 balls ) , In the World Cup each team gets to play 50 overs . The first innings means team A batting, second innings means Team B batting .

The scoring system is as follows : If the ball touches the boundary without any opponent player touching /catching the team gains 4 runs ,whereas , if the ball goes out of the boundary without touching the ground then the team gains 6 runs .If the player is not able to hit a six or a four he can run between wickets and make runs . A player can get out by the means of run out, bold , catch and Orchids International LBW (Leg before wicket) . That is all for this week see you next week with another interesting topic, Bye!
