Story time-The carrot cake
Hello, friends, Today it is story time! I know everyone likes stories, so the name of the story is ‘The carrot cake'. OK, let’s begin.
The fairy land was getting ready for a big spring festival. There were so many activities. Four little fairies—Amy, Wendy, Lily and rose— decided to participate in a cake competition. The fairies decided to make a carrot cake. Amy got fresh, delicious carrots from her garden. Wendy bought milk and eggs. Lily and Rose bought flour, baking powder and sugar. Soon the little fairies started to do the cooking in Amy’s kitchen. Amy’s mother told them what to do. They grated the carrots and mixed the flour, baking powder and sugar in it. Wendy whisked the eggs and milk together. Soon a lovely delicious, bright orange cake mixture was prepared. They poured it to a mould and put it in the oven. They baked it. It smelled so wonderful. The four little fairies took their cake to the cake competition. It won the first prize. Everyone liked their cake and begged for a slice. The four little fairies never got a slice for themselves! Receiving their prize, the four little delighted fairies said
“The only magic we used is the team and hard work and happy thoughts! We enjoyed baking the cake. We are glad you enjoyed eating it. Thank you all very much.
So let us learn the moral
The moral of the story is – team work and hard work always leads to good deeds.
