 Water is very precious in our day to day life. Humans and animals require water for their own need. We should not waste the water for useless things like playing with it, turning on the tap and not keeping it off, etc.

             We use water for cooking, drinking, bathing, washing, etc. Water is precious so we have to take the pledge to keep it safe and conserve it. We should save water not only for us but all the living beings on this planet. 70 percent of earth’s surface is made of water out of which only 3 percent is fresh water. More than 60 percent of the human body is made of water. The industries are also consuming a great deal of water on a large scale. There are also significant health issues for human beings because of the shortage of adequate water or intake of polluted water. Water is one of the nature precious gifts to mankind. Water is one of the resources in entire earth. Unwanted and unnecessary use of water can lead to famine, droughts and various other problems. Day by Day we are facing a shortage of water, and that’s become a major issue in our environment. It is simple to make small changes that have a big impact on the health of our environment. Water conservation is the impact on the health of our environment.

We can save water very easily start from at our home with our daily activities. We can save on the following basis: Washing vegetables and fruits in utensils instead of in a running tap save a good amount of water. If we don’t save water now the third world war will be for water.
