You all must have already got to know that today we are going to use are Strawberries and Blueberries. Most of us like strawberries and we also know it's tasty but here we are going to make it even tastier. Enjoy!
STRAWBERRIES
1) Dark Chocolate-dipped strawberries
Materials required: Strawberries, dark chocolate
To melt the Chocolate
*Break the chocolate and put it in a bowl and place it in the oven for a minute or until it melts.
*Let the chocolate cool for half a minute, wash the strawberries thoroughly, and then dip the strawberries into it and enjoy the delicious snack.
2) Strawberry milkshake
Materials required: Strawberries, milk/fresh cream(it tastes better with fresh cream), sugar/jaggery, honey, cashew, and almonds.
*Wash the Strawberries put them into the mixer
*pour some milk or fresh cream
*add the sugar/jaggery
*pour a small spoon of honey and grind it in the mixer.
*now cut the cashew and almonds into small pieces
*pour the milkshake into the glasses and for toppings put some of the cashew and almonds pieces and enjoy it!
BLUEBERRIES
1) Blueberry Milkshake
Materials required: Blueberries, Milk, Sugar/Jaggery, Vanilla Icecream/frosting
*Wash the blueberries and put them into the mixer
*pour the milk, 3 spoons of jaggery/2 spoons of sugar, if you are using vanilla icecream add it now in the mixer and grind it
*now pour the delicious into the glasses and spray the frosting on top of the glasses and enjoy!
2) Blueberry Jam
*Put a plate in your fridge to test the jam later...
*Put the blueberries, sugar, vanilla, and lemon in a large heavy-based saucepan in medium heat.
*Crush the blueberries a little with a masher.
When it boils reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 mins.
*Skim off any skum that has formed on the top with a spoon.
*to test the jam, set it by spooning a mound onto your cooled plate.
*then put into the fridge for 3 mins
*if the jam forms a skin and ripples when you push it with a stick or spoon, it's ready,
if not, return to the heat for 5 more mins then repeat the test. Do this until you reach the setting point.
*Let it cool for 10 minutes, once the heat's gone put it in a jar and close it.
*Keep it in a cool and dry place or in the fridge unopened for two weeks, then you can enjoy your homemade jam.
